West Michigan's Premier Classic Rock Band
Still playing...after all these years! Good Friends. Good Karma. Good Music.
Alive & Well, the seven-piece dance band dating from the mid-70s began performing as the house band at Candlestone Inn in Belding and Stephanie’s Lounge in Grand Rapids. After recording an album in 1981and touring extensively in the Midwest, South, and Canada, the musicians opened Grand Rapids’ HOT SPOT Pocketts in the 1980s where guest artists included Maynard Ferguson, Gary Puckett, the Turtles and Dizzy Gillespie. Credits include performing as the opening act for Rare Earth, Jim Stafford, Dottie West, and Donny and Marie Osmond.
Their full-bodied, high energy sound, combined with intricate harmonies and four, dynamic, lead vocalists deliver the best in classic rock/pop from the 60s to today.
